Or do you already have data and you’re not sure what to do with it, or maybe you just don’t have the time? Gregg loves working with Excel® spreadsheets! He has a gift for creating charts and even formatting the rows and columns in the worksheet into something presentable that helps guide decisions. And if he sees an opportunity to automate your future tasks, he can even write macros for that, too.

If you need more heavy-duty data analysis, Gregg also has experience with JMP® statistical software from his Six Sigma project work years ago.

Does your organization need some asynchronous training resources developed? Maybe for…Safety? ISO certification? New employee onboarding? Standard operating procedures for specific roles? Gregg has both used and created these resources.

Gregg has extensive experience creating interactive training content on the Howspace® learning platform, but he can also adapt to other learning management systems. Gregg is particularly passionate about developing knowledge check questions that go beyond simply confirming each learner’s comprehension of the material, but also solidify and extend their understanding with well-designed answers. If you want to incorporate videos recorded by subject matter experts, Gregg can even edit the raw videos as part of his workflow.

When the same person that you trust to create or edit your documents also feels comfortable working inside of your content management system to make the file visible, it just streamlines your workflow. When your eagle-eye proofreader that finds errors on your website can also log in and immediately fix it without needing to create a ticket, it just saves a lot of time and effort, and possibly frustrating iterations. There are a lot of content management systems out there, but Gregg has experience in enough of them that he can be that person for you. (In case you have been wondering, Gregg built this website with the Divi® website builder on the WordPress® content management system.)

Grammar and spelling? Yes, of course, but so much more, too! Gregg will also check that it is accurate and clear. He will be mindful that statements are consistent across the same and other documents. (If you are having Gregg help you with any other projects, you are actually getting this service as part of the package because his eagle eye is always looking for these things.)

In Microsoft PowerPoint® presentations, Gregg can add animations and transitions and utilize Slide Master to make things easier.

In Microsoft Word® documents, he knows all of the tricks to define consistent header styles, format tables, insert images, apply non-breaking characters wherever needed, automatically create the table of contents, etc.

In Microsoft Excel® spreadsheets, he can make your tables look sharp and your charts easy to interpret.
