The Name

When the company was first formed in 2013, the name Clear Tech Solutions was a double entendre expressing:

1. 1. a focus to provide clear (apparent/easy-to-understand) solutions to problems, especially trying to communicate value to customers, and
   2. that Gregg’s background is substantially in the area of purifying water and syrup, producing clear, liquid solutions.

From both perspectives, technology is a key part of the solution. Gregg’s experience in purifying liquids is based upon high-tech separation products. When applying this knowledge to the production of sales tools, software technology is leveraged to create striking results.

Fortuitously, as a new opportunity to leverage Gregg’s skills and interests emerged in 2020, all aspects of the company’s name still applied! 😀 The global pandemic had caused a leading learning and development company that had specialized in experiential learning for over 30 years to refit their in-person experiences to instead deliver equivalently meaningful experiences via virtual platforms (mostly Zoom® meetings, but also Webex® meetings and Microsoft Teams® meetings), creating the need for a new role – the Experience Moderator – whose job would be to remove all technical distractions from their Facilitator partner so they together could deliver impactful online leadership training sessions. The addition of this Experience Moderator role created a new niche for Gregg to utilize his computer tech skills to pioneer best practices, in this case to provide clear learning solutions for everyone involved.
